When started college when I was 21, pushing myself to frustration because I always felt behind in life and like an imposter. For four years of my college career I struggled on the daily if I was *actually* talented or if anyone would take notice of the things that made my soul sing.

Some did.

I'm so grateful that my life has been peppered with people who saw beyond my flaws, my imperfections and yes my not so finessed design skills and poured their wisdom and resources into investing into who I could become.

I've learned to believe in myself not because of my own abilities but because other believed in me first.

Even though they might not acknowledge it, I see the goodness of others as a way that God has smiled on my life. I knew He had given me the gifts and yet He also gave me the people and the experiences that would show me how to use them in life-giving ways.
